Amy Hernandez serves as the Team Lead for our Professional Receptionist Outsourcing Services ( PROS ) department. She joined Workspace Strategies in March 2025 and brings a strong background in business and customer service. A graduate of Florida Community College with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Amy has over 15 years of customer service experience and 7 years in phone answering services.
With exceptional computer literacy, sharp analytical skills, and a proven ability to resolve conflicts, Amy is a natural leader for the PROS team and a trusted resource for monitoring and managing incoming calls. She thrives in the supportive, family-like atmosphere at Workspace Strategies and is proud to contribute to the growth and success of our team.
