Karen is a member of our Professional Receptionist Outsourcing Services (PROS) team and brings a strong background in customer service and communication. Originally from Johnson City, Tennessee, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Library Science from the University of Kentucky. Karen has three years of customer service experience and five years of experience in phone answering services.
Known for her collaborative spirit, compassionate approach, and solution-driven mindset, Karen is dedicated to providing exceptional service and helping callers with confidence and care. She enjoys connecting with a wide variety of people, finding solutions to their inquiries, and working alongside her supportive coworkers.
